As this program teaches you how to use The Leadership Circle assessments, it will also provide a new lens through which you will learn about leadership development. Certification provides you with an in-depth education about the theoretical models and stage of development frameworks that are built into the Leadership Circle Profile. Many leadership and personal development frameworks are integrated into the assessment. The more you know how to use them, the more you are able to meet the client at the level of development at which they are operating.
