The
Leadership Culture Survey is one of an integrated suite of powerful

By taking this survey, you will be introduced to the in-depth theoretical

individual, team and organizational levels
Who should take the survey?
Leaders and, or, HR/OD professionals, consultants and executive coaches who are resourcing assessment tools to support substantive leadership development and cultural change efforts.
How many people can take the survey, and how long does it take?
Up to 10 people in your group may take this survey. They will be given a pass code to go on line and answer questions about their leadership culture. It will take approximately 20 minutes to answer the questions.
What is included with the Free Trial?
You will receive a pdf. file of your group's report as well as telephone debriefing-- lasting up to an hour -- about the report from a senior TLC consultant. Your consultant will be able to give you a brief introduction to The Leadership Circle Profile 360 degree assessment (used for individual leaders), workshops, and Follow-Through Tool.
